Whether it’s accounting, communication, government affairs, information technology, labor relations, membership, outreach and special events, regional administration, or safety & technology, ONEU represents employees who work to ensure that NATCA continues to be the premier transportation union of the 21st century and beyond.

Organized in 2002, ONEU represents the hardworking men and women of the NATCA staff.

Our Objectives
(from the ONEU constitution and bylaws)
A. To promote the interests of the members the Union represents and to safeguard the rights, individually and collectively, of the members the Union represents.
B. To operate as a not for profit, unincorporated association.
C. To establish and exercise the rights of collective bargaining and to promptly settle disputes and grievances which may arise between the members and their employer.
D. To work toward fair and equitable rates of compensation, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment for members.
E. To urge and support the passing of legislation affecting and in the interest of the Union members.
F. To disseminate information to the membership.
G. To purchase, hold, acquire, lease, mortgage and convey real estate and personal property of any kind in nature and description wherever situated for the proper conduct and execution of the Union’s business.
H. To levy initiation fees, dues, assessments, and fines upon members in order to effectuate the business and objectives of the Union.
